How long does it take to process an order?
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Stocked items typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location, while larger pallet deliveries or made-to-order ranges may take a little longer — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. If you have a deadline (renovation, builder schedule, settlement date), reach out before ordering and we'll confirm realistic timing for you.

At this stage we ship exclusively within Australia. Tile and stone products are heavy, fragile and costly to send overseas safely, so we've chosen to focus on doing the Australian experience really well rather than offering international freight we can't stand behind. If you're an interior designer or trade client coordinating an overseas project, get in touch — we're happy to work with your nominated freight forwarder on a case-by-case basis.

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you receive. Stocked items in original, unopened condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit — a restocking fee may apply to help cover freight and handling. Because tile is produced in batches and many of our ranges are special-order or cut to size, custom orders, clearance items and partial boxes are non-refundable. Naturally, anything that arrives damaged or incorrect is our responsibility — just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out promptly.

Our range covers everything from small mosaic and subway formats through to large-format slabs suitable for feature walls and seamless floors. Common sizes you'll find across our collections include 300×600mm, 600×600mm, 600×1200mm and oversized 1200×2400mm panels, along with specialty shapes like hexagons, fishscale and herringbone. Each product page lists the exact dimensions, thickness and coverage per box — if you're not sure what suits your space, our team is happy to talk you through the options or arrange samples before you commit.
