Can I choose Click & Collect when ordering online?
Yes — if your order is considered safe for collection and not too large or heavy. If you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll help ensure your collection is safe and easy.

Are there order-size restrictions?
Yes. Tiles are heavy, and we have a 200 kg weight limit for standard cars. We can’t load goods into unsafe vehicles, onto seats, or into vehicles with folded-down seats.

What is Click & Collect and how does it work?

Click & Collect lets you shop online and pick up your order from Boutique Home Centre — saving time and delivery fees.

• Notification: We’ll contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
