What delivery methods are available?
We offer convenient home delivery directly to your door. Tiles are heavy products, so our team takes extra care to ensure your order is handled safely and responsibly.
How long does delivery take?
- In-stock items (metro): 2–7 business days
- Special-order items (metro & regional): 2–6 weeks
You’ll receive a delivery text on the day of your delivery to ensure you’re available to receive it.
How much does delivery cost?
Because tiles are heavy and bulky, freight is arranged separately. At checkout you’ll see “Free shipping – freight arranged separately”; our team then calculates the freight for your items and postcode and contacts you with a quote before dispatch.
Free local delivery is available on orders over $2,000 within the Melbourne metro area.
